Description of Home Studies
Domestic Violence – Meets the 2-hour Florida Board of Nursing requirement to inform and update staff about domestic violence in the U.S.
Medical Errors – Meets the 2-hour Florida Board of Nursing requirement to update nursing staff about the frequency and impact of medical errors on our patients.
HIV/AIDS – Meets the HHA, CNA, and other health care professional’s 1-hour requirement to update nursing professionals in the care of patients with and the prevention of HIV/AIDS.
OSHA – 1 contact hour program to update nursing professionals about the OSHA regulations.
Alzheimers – Meets the 2-hour Florida Board of Nursing requirement for health care professionals caring for a 90% or more elderly population, such as those patients in nursing homes, to update nursing & health care professionals in the care of patients with Alzheimers
