* Our case managers monitor every case closely and make home visits on a regular basis. They provide updates to the physician on each case. Our close attention to detail and thorough reporting is our specialty!
* We have a nurse on call 24 hours a day 7 days per week our patients and parents can call at anytime of the day or night and receive the help and support they need. We at SFPH understand the type of care and support that a patient and family with medically complex needs will require.
